There is nothing here to accept

This is a website you read. It has no account to create, no form to submit, no payment to make and nothing that runs in your browser, so there is no point at which you would be asked to agree to anything, and you are not asked. Using the site is subject to the terms on this page; that is the whole of it.

The terms that actually decide anything — scope, fee, liability, confidentiality, ownership of the work — live in a signed engagement letter, agreed before work starts. A click-through gate on a brochure page would add friction and no enforceable protection, so there is not one.

About the content

Everything on this site is general information. It is not legal advice, not a legal opinion, and not advice on insurance. Reading it, or contacting me about it, does not create a professional relationship between us. Do not act on it without advice specific to your circumstances.

Accuracy

Rules change and pages go stale. Where a page links an official source, that source governs, not my summary — and where a page has not linked one yet, treat what it says as orientation and read the instrument. Sample and exemplar documents are labelled as such and describe no real client. The site is provided as it is, with no warranty that it is complete, current or fit for a particular purpose.

What you may do with it

Read it, quote it with attribution and a link, and send it to a colleague. Text and page designs here are mine unless attributed otherwise. Do not republish substantial parts as your own, and do not present the sample deliverables as your own work product.

Testing this website

Please do not run scanners, fuzzers, load generators or exploitation tooling against this site or its host. If you have found a security problem, the vulnerability disclosure page says how to report it and what is in scope. The hosting infrastructure runs unrelated services, so unsolicited testing affects third parties, not only me.

Fees and engagements

Any fee shown on this site is indicative for planning. Work is quoted as a fixed fee from your actual document before it starts, and is governed by the engagement letter we sign, not by this site.

Changes

These terms may change. The effective date above changes with them, and the version you read at the time is the one that applied.
