This site targets WCAG 2.2 level AA.

What has been done

Semantic HTML with one main landmark, a skip link, and headings in order.
Text contrast meeting AA in both light and dark colour schemes; the page follows your system setting rather than forcing one.
Visible keyboard focus on every interactive element, and full keyboard operability — there is no scripted behaviour to trap focus.
Text reflows to narrow viewports and survives zoom to 200%; wide tables scroll inside their own container rather than forcing the page sideways.
Motion is limited to one page-load sequence on the home page and a short reveal as content enters view. Both are switched off entirely when your system asks for reduced motion. No autoplay, no parallax, no time limits.

Stated rather than glossed over:

Hairline rules and card borders sit at about 1.5:1 against the page in the light scheme. They separate content that is already separated by headings and spacing, so no meaning is carried by the line alone — but they do not meet the 3:1 non-text contrast threshold.
The site has not been tested with a screen reader by anyone who uses one daily.
No external accessibility audit has been carried out.
